On-Campus Employer Recruiting

Each Redstone College campus hosts regular on-campus recruiting events. These events are part of career development activities that give you a chance to learn more about industry trends and employment opportunities in your field of study. These events also offer you a valuable opportunity to network with a variety of employers.

Job Search Techniques

Throughout your program at Redstone, the Career Development Services staff will help you refine your job search skills. They'll be your guide as you review and update your resume and practice your interview skills. They are committed to supporting students in building the lifelong skills and resources you need to launch and take charge of your career.

Employer Contacts

The Career Development Services Office at the Redstone campus maintains ongoing contact with many firms and maintains an active database of over 600 employers. We work with a wide variety of businesses, both large and small, to uncover opportunities for graduates of Redstone programs.

Our aviation program graduates may find employment with commercial airlines, aerospace manufacturing companies, fixed-base operators, and many other aviation industry employers. We also stay closely in touch with potential employers of our HVAC/R program graduates. The career development team constantly works to establish contacts with new employers as well by connecting with human resources personnel and directly with hiring managers to better understand their needs.
