Redstone’s faculty and staff are committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your experiences at Redstone College and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. First, in the order illustrated below, speak to faculty or staff on your campus for a direct resolution to your issue.
If you do not get a satisfactory resolution on campus, contact our 24/7 confidential and anonymous Student Resolution Hotline powered by www.safecampusconnect.com.
This is a confidential and anonymous system that makes it easy to report unresolved issues relating to your Redstone experience.
Speak to your Student Services representative or go to your Redstone College catalog for more details on the Student Resolution Process.
If you are a student from Texas with a complaint, please follow the grievance resolution steps in this document.
